These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and bh33 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content available at bh33.bet (the "Website").

By completing the account registration process, accessing the Website, or placing any bet or wager through bh33, you confirm and acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately and close your account.

bh33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bh33 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Website prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Website following any update to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

The Terms apply to all products and services offered through bh33, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other listed sports), live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar), slot games and RNG titles, crash games (including Aviator), and any other games or interactive products made available through the Website from time to time.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bh33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between bh33 and its players. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have reviewed and understood those related documents.

To register and maintain an active account on bh33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bh33 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, access, or use the platform in any capacity. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement.
• You must be accessing the Website as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, organisation, or entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

• You must not have a pre-existing self-exclusion or account closure in place with bh33. Players who have previously self-excluded may not attempt to re-register until any applicable exclusion period has lapsed and the exclusion has been formally lifted by bh33's trust and safety team.

Age Verification

bh33 takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling extremely seriously. During the registration process, bh33 may request documentary evidence of your age, including but not limited to: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. bh33 reserves the right to suspend an account pending completion of age verification and to close any account where the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.

If bh33 determines or reasonably suspects that an account is being used by a person under the age of 18, bh33 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed while the account was active, and retain any funds deposited or won during that period in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations. bh33 will not be liable to the minor for any sums retained in such circumstances.

To access the full features of bh33, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a chosen password. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bh33 at any given time. Opening, operating, or attempting to open a second account — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. bh33 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to act on any such detection without prior notice.

Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bh33 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party and must not permit any other person to access your account on your behalf.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify bh33 immediately by contacting our support team. bh33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or has delayed reporting suspected unauthorised access.

Account Verification (KYC)

bh33 may, at its discretion and at any time, require you to complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawals or as part of routine compliance checks. Verification documents may include: National Identity Card (NID), passport, utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is successfully completed.

All financial transactions on bh33 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol: ৳). bh33 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods including Visa and Mastercard may be available for deposits depending on your account status and applicable processing availability.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Processing time: Deposits are credited to your bh33 account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of network delays, deposits may take up to 15 minutes.
• Deposit fees: bh33 does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay service terms for any applicable fees.
• Deposit limit: Default deposit limits apply per account per day and per month. Players may reduce these limits at any time via account settings. Requests to increase limits above default thresholds are subject to review.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours in most cases. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• Pending bonus funds: Any portion of your balance that consists of unconverted bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Withdrawal verification: bh33 reserves the right to carry out identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not previously completed KYC may be asked to do so before their first withdrawal is released.

Player Funds

All player funds deposited into bh33 accounts are held separately from operational funds in accordance with standard responsible gaming financial practices. bh33 does not use player deposits for operational expenses. In the event of any dispute regarding a transaction, the bh33 transaction log constitutes the definitive record of all account activity.

bh33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses offered by bh33 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are disclosed at the point of the offer. These general bonus terms apply as a baseline to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified account in good standing. bh33 reserves the right to withhold a bonus from any account where the player has not completed identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly permit multiple claims.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash except through the satisfaction of the stated wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus Abuse

bh33 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using bet-hedging or low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay; exploiting any technical error or glitch in the bonus crediting system; and colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements at artificially reduced risk. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance and any winnings derived from it voided, and their account may be suspended or permanently closed.

All betting and casino game activity on bh33 is governed by the specific game or event rules that apply to each product, in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to each game or market before placing a bet or wager.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. bh33 does not honour odds that were displayed as a result of a technical error.
• In-play (live) bets on cricket, football, and all other supported sports are subject to acceptance delays. bh33 reserves the right to void any in-play bet where acceptance was erroneously confirmed after the relevant event (e.g., a wicket, goal, or end of over) had already occurred.
• bh33 reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict betting on any event or market at any time, including in cases where match integrity concerns, data feed errors, or abnormal betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bh33 will settle bets in accordance with the specific sport's settlement rules, which are available within the sports betting section of the Website.
• The maximum payout per single bet and per accumulator is subject to bh33's stated payout limits, which are displayed within the bet slip at the time of bet placement.

Casino & Live Dealer Games

• All casino games on bh33 are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Microgaming, Spribe, and Habanero. Each game operates according to that studio's certified rules and RNG certification.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the hand or round will be settled according to the game's standard disconnection policy, which is maintained by the relevant game provider. bh33 is not liable for outcomes arising from disconnection events caused by the player's internet connection or device.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. These limits are displayed within the game interface prior to the start of each round.
• bh33 does not offer any facility for players to place bets on behalf of other players, or to act as an intermediary in any betting arrangement between two or more third parties.

Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in the odds, payout calculation, game outcome, or any other result displayed on the bh33 platform — whether caused by a technical fault, data feed error, human error, or software malfunction — bh33 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant player accounts. The phrase "manifest error" refers to an error that is obvious and undeniable to a reasonable person. bh33's decision on matters of manifest error is final.

By using the bh33 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on bh33, whether using identical or different personal information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent time, including during KYC verification.
• Using the bh33 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the bh33 Website, its software systems, databases, or APIs in any way.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets, scrape data, or otherwise interact with the bh33 platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in, or facilitating, match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption relating to sporting events on which bh33 accepts bets.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward bh33 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, pricing error, or bonus glitch to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Allowing or facilitating a third party to access or use your bh33 account, including allowing a family member, friend, or third-party agent to place bets using your account credentials.

bh33 reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it reasonably suspects of violating these obligations and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to: account suspension pending investigation, permanent account closure, withholding of funds pending investigation, and reporting the relevant activity to the appropriate authorities.

bh33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Abnormal betting patterns that suggest collusion, arbitrage abuse, or match manipulation.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Players with dormant accounts will be notified by email and given a period of 30 days to log in before any administrative fee or further action is applied.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made under the bh33 Responsible Gaming policy.

Closing Your Account

If you wish to close your bh33 account voluntarily, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any genuine cash balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500 will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

Consequences of Account Closure for Breach

Where bh33 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including cash balance and bonus balance — may be forfeited in its entirety. bh33 will not be liable to refund any deposits or winnings where closure is the result of the player's own violation of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or provision of false identity documents.

Governing Language & Disputes

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any dispute between a player and bh33, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative reference. bh33 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly through its customer support channel. Players with an unresolved complaint may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected], clearly stating the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought.

bh33's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, bonus eligibility, account status, and these Terms are final and binding, subject only to any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. These Terms do not exclude or limit any statutory consumer rights you may hold that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
